1.4 “Buyer”
Any user searching for, viewing, purchasing, renting, leasing, or investing in properties using the Application.
1.5 “Client”
Any individual, agency, company, developer, builder, or entity using paid services, advertisements, subscriptions, or listings offered by Plot Visitor.
1.6 “Content”
All text, graphics, images, videos, logos, descriptions, comments, advertisements, and materials available within the Application.
1.7 “Listing”
Any property advertisement, project detail, plot information, or real estate offering published within the Application.
1.8 “Paid Services”
Any subscription package, premium feature, paid listing, promotional campaign, or advertisement service offered by Plot Visitor.
1.9 “Property”
Any residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, rental, or investment real estate asset listed within the Application.
1.10 “Seller”
Any individual or entity offering property for sale, rent, lease, or investment.
1.11 “Subscription”
A recurring or fixed-duration paid plan providing access to premium features and services.
1.12 “User”
Any person or entity accessing or using the Plot Visitor mobile application.
1.13 “Verification”
Any process performed by Plot Visitor to validate user identity, ownership, documents, or property details.
2. General Terms
2.1 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Posting Agents
4.1 Agent Responsibilities
Agents must ensure that all information and property details are accurate.
4.2 Authorization
Agents must have authorization from property owners before posting listings.
4.3 Professional Conduct
Agents must maintain professional and ethical conduct.
4.4 Misrepresentation
False claims, manipulated images, or misleading information are prohibited.
4.5 Verification
Plot Visitor may request identity verification or business documents.
4.6 Suspension Rights
Accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated.
5. No Spam Policy
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Users shall not send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or unauthorized promotional content.
5.2 Misuse of Information
Users may not misuse phone numbers, emails, or personal data obtained through listings.
5.3 Automated Access
Bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems may not access the Application without authorization.
5.4 Fraudulent Activities
Phishing, scams, impersonation, and fraudulent practices are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Enforcement
Plot Visitor may suspend or permanently ban violators.
6. Limitation of Liability

Plot Visitor acts solely as an online real estate marketplace platform.
6.2 No Property Guarantee
Plot Visitor does not guarantee the authenticity, ownership, legality, or accuracy of listings.
6.3 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence.
6.4 Financial Losses
Plot Visitor shall not be liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions.
6.5 Technical Interruptions
Plot Visitor is not liable for downtime, interruptions, or technical failures.
6.6 Third-Party Services
Plot Visitor is not responsible for payment gateways, telecom services, or external providers.
6.7 Maximum Liability
The total liability of Plot Visitor shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plot Visitor from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activities
- Misuse of the Application
- Property disputes
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
8. Property

Illegal, disputed, or unauthorized properties are prohibited.

9. Call Recordings / Brokers
9.1 Communication Monitoring
Calls, chats, and communications may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and fraud prevention.
9.2 User Consent
By using the Application, users consent to communication monitoring where permitted by law.
9.3 Broker Responsibility
Brokers and Agents are solely responsible for their commitments and representations.
10. Ad Services Package
10.1 Advertising Services
Plot Visitor may provide sponsored listings, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and subscription-based visibility services.
10.2 Advertisement Approval
Plot Visitor reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove advertisements.
10.3 Prohibited Advertisements
Advertisements containing illegal, offensive, false, or misleading information are prohibited.
10.4 Performance Disclaimer
Plot Visitor does not guarantee leads, sales, or conversions from advertisements.
11. General
11.1 Intellectual Property Rights
All Application content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials are owned by Plot Visitor or its licensors.
11.2 Restricted Use
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit Application content without written permission.
11.3 Privacy Policy
Use of the Application is also governed by the Plot Visitor Privacy Policy.
11.4 Termination
Plot Visitor may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
11.5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11.6 Jurisdiction
